FeedWatch Hardware Warranties

FeedWatch Scale Indicator:

1. The Scale indicator is warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 2-years. This warranty is void if the scale has been damaged due to misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, accidental internal calibration tampering, improper and unauthorized service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
2. Any implied warranties arising from the sale, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a part of a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above 2-year period. The above warranty is the exclusive remedy for the consumer. Valley Agricultural Software shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the consumer. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
3. During the above 2-year warranty period, if the unit fails to work properly when used under normal conditions, we will repair, or at our option, replace it free of charge. You must pay for the cost of sending the product to us and you will pay for the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you. To obtain warranty services, please contact Valley Agricultural Software for an RMA number. Return the product in its original package with original sales receipt enclosed. Write the RMA# on the container. Please ship UPS or similar courier service (insurable and traceable) to:

FeedWatch Remote Display:

1. The outside display is warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year. This warranty is void if the outside display has been damaged due to misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, internal tampering, improper and unauthorized service or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is void if the unit has been opened up in any manner.
