Since all files on the SD card are now moved to the PC's DairyComp folder as part of the Deliver Posts procedure, we don't need the Admin Purge Menu.
Modified the pick list form in the Expert batch command form to use two columns if there are more than 7 items in the pick list. This should allow the Expert batch command form to do commands like this one "EC=50 REM=1;1.5;2;2.5;3;3.5;4;4.5" for rapid body condition scoring.

Widened the formed use in the review button of the batch form command so the end of long commands can be seen.
Changed the command list logic so the only way to undo a cow is to select her and uncheck the check box
File sizes for the transaction files are a compromise, if they are too large the Zap transaction form is very slow, if they are too small we exceed the SD card file limits and can only use a fraction of the SD card's memory. Transaction files are now 4X larger so we can use most of the SD Card.
Added Pick lists to the batch command form to streamline tasks with a cow-side decision component, for example pen moves where the destination pen is based on eyeballing the cow's body condition.

Indexing on all type 31 rfid numbers (for herds with multiple transponders or hospital RFID tags) caused a problem with the Dreg item, ie scanning a cow could pull up her calf's record instead of her. Fix is to exclude the DREG item from the type31 items that are used to build the scanning lookup index.
Lookup Milk and beef withholding dates hospital lists by defined item in alter protocol setup rather than by name.

This version has some refinements for RFID scanning:

There is a new menu to disable RFID scanning to force a a fresh connect for troubleshooting.
Scanning can now be enabled, even when no herd data is present yet, mostly for testing systems before delivery.
A double scan filter has been added to discard duplicate eids on scanners that don't already discard them.
The behavior of the the RFID buttons in the forms has been changed, if the connection was already open, they used to close and reopen the connection immediately. The button now will display a message that the connection is already open. Since the handheld can detect the loss of connection, when a battery is changed, we recommend waiting for the "Scanners down" audio message, then hitting the RFID button.

New Bluetooth driver that will allow device discovery inside the cowcard program, it also remembers the last device connected and automatically connects to it if it is available, to use the new bluetooth driver, change the RFID Port in the Admin Setup form to "AUTO", then enable RFID. This CustomRfid file has also been changed from CustomRfidForm.txt to CustomRfidForm.frm because it conflicted with the language translation files.

We now delete current herd .dtl file on cowCard updates in case the current dtl file isn't compatible.
Also, the previous behavior for command lists wasto automatically sort by cow Id, they now preserve the order as DairyComp processes them, including the BY and DOWNBY clauses. In other words, you can make lists that are ordered by items likedue date. For example "SERVER IDDOWNBY DUE"If there is no "BY" clause in the command, it will default to the natural order of DairyComp.

Removed Pen walk menu, the Pen walk form can be replace with a "PenWalk" list form of the form SERVER ID PEN FOR ID > 0
Allow vetcheck list to play back more than one cell match similar to a todo list. The vetcheck list had previously been restricted to just the VETC column, primarily to avoid confusion when the RPRO item was used. Since the RPRO item is visible on the vetcheck form, the RPRO item should be removed from vet check lists.
